Mystic Oracle is an entertainment service. All readings, fortunes, roasts, ratings, and other content generated by the Service are created by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only. They should not be construed as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The Oracle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Tips are one-time, non-refundable payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the Service is provided for your personal use. You may share generated content on social media and with friends. The Mystic Oracle brand, logo, and website design are proprietary.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional damage caused by particularly accurate roasts.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
